Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our onsite security team as a Security Officer. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is committed to providing exceptional service and wants to be part of a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide security services at Rouse Hill Town Centre, supporting all establishments' tenants, guests, and visitors.
  • Develop familiarity with key tenants and relationships; manage access; respond in a timely manner to client requests.
  • Ensure the safety and security of the site; manage emergency situations; demonstrate proactive security awareness.

Requirements

  • A current NSW Full Security Licence, including crowd control where applicable.
  • An Apply First Aid Certificate.
  • A cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) Certificate.
  • Previous experience in Retail Security is welcomed but not essential.
  • Confident interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal).
  • The confidence and ability to take ownership of the service delivery which comes under your control.
  • The ability to complete reports using various platforms.
  • Excellent presentation, well-groomed and corporate-appropriate.
  • High-level problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to respond to emergency situations.
  • Valid work rights in Australia.
  • Ability to work shifts up to 12 hours.
  • Availability across 7 days/nights.
