Supply Chain Planning Manager

Join us in delivering exceptional customer experiences through our Supply Chain.

This is a key leadership role within our organisation, responsible for leading and coordinating our Back To School (BTS) program. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to plan the annual BTS program, incorporating improvements from previous years.

The successful candidate will be experienced in managing multiple stakeholders, including virtual project teams. They will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with their ability to adapt to changing environments.

This role requires excellent communication and facilitation skills across all organisational levels. The candidate will also possess experience in leading/coordinating cross-functional or virtual teams.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with Supply Chain and cross-functional teams to plan the annual BTS program, preparing volume forecasts and documenting fulfillment models, defining roles and responsibilities, developing a clear RACI, and planning BTS roles by state.

The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in Finance, Commerce, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field, as well as a project management qualification such as PRINCE2, PMBOK, or Agile.
