Job Summary:

We are seeking passionate food lovers and skilled cooks to join our team during the Christmas holiday period. As a casual kitchenware staff member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized retail environment, and working collaboratively with colleagues to meet sales targets.

Job Description:

  • Customer Service Representative - Provide professional and courteous responses to customer queries and concerns.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards and procedures.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive sales growth.
  • Participate in visual merchandising activities, ensuring that store displays are appealing and effective in driving sales.
  • Assist with stock replenishment, receiving and processing inventory as required.

Requirements:

  • Retail and Point of Sale experience preferably within the homewares field.
  • Demonstrated sales experience and ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication skills and high standard of personal presentation.
  • Pro-active and enthusiastic approach to work, with flexibility regarding availability (weekday & weekend work applicable).
