Lead Christmas Experience

We are seeking a dynamic and charismatic team leader to spearhead our Christmas experience.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-performing team, driving exceptional visitor experiences and ensuring every family's photo moment with Santa is top quality.

You will be responsible for managing daily operations, rosters, and workflow, as well as welcoming families and maintaining a joyful atmosphere.

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent leadership skills, be great with people of all ages, and be organised, adaptable, and calm under pressure.

This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to thrive in a team environment, and a focus on creating positive experiences for visitors and team members alike.

A Working with Children's Clearance is also required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading a high-performing team to deliver exceptional visitor experiences
  • Managing daily operations, rosters, and workflow
  • Welcoming families and maintaining a joyful atmosphere
  • Overseeing POS operations, processing, and packaging visitor prints and photo packages
Requirements:
