Key Social Media Manager Role

About The Position:

We seek a skilled and experienced social media manager to drive our company's online presence.

You will report directly to the Head of Social Media, overseeing content curation, paid advertising campaigns, social media trends, and metrics analysis.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms.
  • Oversee paid performance channels from ideation to budget allocation and campaign optimization.
  • Foster collaboration with internal teams and external agencies to guide integrated social media campaigns.

  • Stay informed about social media trends, tools, and applications, proposing strategic implementations.
  • Analyze campaign data, extracting insights and providing recommendations for enhancement.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices in social media marketing.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience managing social media accounts.
  • Demonstrated proficiency across multiple social media channels.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and commercial acumen, with effective team performance enhancement.
  • Solid understanding of the financial services industry and insurance products.
