Technical Customer Success Analyst

As a Technical Customer Success Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our software customers within the APAC region. Your primary responsibility will be to train, advise and support software customers on the effective use of our platform.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Support leading developers, utilities and funds to integrate our software products into their decision-making processes.
  • Meet with clients in-person and virtually to support their usage of our software products, building relationships to help grow and retain our client base in APAC.
  • Guide customers as they use the Aurora software suite to conduct asset valuations and construct long-term power market scenarios to inform their market view.
  • Troubleshoot wide-ranging client requests and help clients interpret complex results, using your power markets knowledge and data analysis skills.
  • Onboard new accounts and develop deep knowledge about their use cases for our products, leveraging technical expertise across our software suite and relevant power markets knowledge.
  • Represent the client's voice internally, conveying feedback to the product teams in order to refine product roadmaps.
  • Actively contribute to knowledge building and expanding the capabilities of the team.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in a STEM subject.
  • At least 1 year of professional exposure in an analytical, client-facing role with B2B experience.
  • Deep interest in the energy transition and SaaS products.
  • Self-starter with creative problem-solving approach and ability to rapidly assimilate new knowledge.
  • Passion for working with clients across the energy sector.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to communicate and collaborate with both technically and non-technically minded parties on a range of complex topics.
  • Able to analyse, interpret and derive insights from complex quantitative data and information.
  • Customer-first mindset with the confidence to pursue outcomes mutually beneficial to all stakeholders.
  • Consulting experience.
  • Well-versed in SaaS products/processes.
