About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Enterprise Service Manager to join our AWS Professional Services team. As a trusted advisor to our largest and most committed customers, you will be responsible for building and consolidating commercial relationships, collaborating with customer account teams and AWS partners to identify, develop, and execute customer consulting engagements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage large Industry vertical accounts, IT and business consulting (relationship management, achieving growth targets / sales quotas, high customer satisfaction achievement, project portfolio management, contract negotiations etc.)
  • Deliver large-scale enterprise IT programs and provide guidance on migrating existing systems and building new systems using the full range of AWS services
  • Collaborate with customers and partners to address security and compliance, performance and scale, availability and manageability
  • Develop and execute customer consulting engagements, including proof-of-concept projects, enterprise portfolio assessments, and skills transfer workshops
Requirements
  • Multiple years of IT consulting, sales and management experience, with demonstrated business and technology transformation experience in customer-facing roles
  • Business consulting experience in transforming customer operations through technology, including cloud adoption, IOT, ML/AI, and automation
  • Extensive experience managing large Industry vertical accounts, IT and business consulting (relationship management, achieving growth targets / sales quotas, high customer satisfaction achievement, project portfolio management, contract negotiations etc.)
  • A proven track record of managing and delivering large-scale enterprise IT programs
