About the Role:
">We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Goodstart Beresfield.
As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of young children and providing them with a strong foundation for their future education.
You will work closely with Senior Educators and the Educational Leader to develop and implement engaging learning programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children.
Your primary responsibility will be to create a safe and nurturing environment that fosters social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development in children.

">Responsibilities:
">- Develop and implement curriculum-based learning programs for children aged 6 weeks to school age
- Create a safe and inclusive environment that promotes social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development in children
- Work collaboratively with Senior Educators and the Educational Leader to achieve program goals and objectives
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Requirements:
">- Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current NSW Working with Children Check
