About the Role

The Telethon Institute for Child Health Research is seeking a highly skilled Manager, Training and Education to lead our training and education programs. This role will be responsible for building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships with healthcare professionals, the education sector, and the wider community.

This position will oversee the development and implementation of evidence-based training programs in autism supports, with a focus on enhancing CliniKids' training profile and revenue stream. The successful candidate will have a strategic and practical approach to planning, with sound analytical skills and a strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight and management of CliniKids Training arm, including community education and events.
  • Analyzing trends in training programs and identifying new opportunities to further enhance CliniKids' training profile and revenue stream.
  • Overseeing logistics for training delivery, including risk insurance, occupational health and safety, publicity, contractual legal obligations.
  • Financial oversight, including development and implementation of budgets and maintaining accurate financial documentation.
