Technical Expert: SAP Integration Architect

The role is designed to develop and implement scalable integration solutions using the SAP Business Technology Platform. Key responsibilities include developing integration flows, managing connectivity, and ensuring secure data exchange across systems.

Job Description:

  • Develop integration designs for complex projects, considering API-first approaches and SAP best practices.
  • Assess existing integration architectures, landscapes, and middleware to identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Design and implement integration scenarios using various adapters, including HTTP, IDOC, JDBC, File, SOAP, Rest, Odata, Graph, etc.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience in SAP BTP middleware integration & API Management areas, including at least 5-6 years in SAP BTP Integration Suite on Cloud Platform Integration, A2A, and B2B scenarios, API Management & Event Mesh / Advanced Event mesh.
  • Experience in leading upgrade and migration projects with a focus on SAP Cloud Platform Integration.
  • Comfortable creating integration design blueprints for complex projects.
  • SAP Certification in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA on Cloud deployments or migrations.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate remotely with functional teams in various regions and locations.
  • Self-motivated, proactive individual capable of working with minimal supervision and taking initiative to achieve project goals.
