We're seeking a Client Support Specialist to join our team.
About the Role:- Provide exceptional customer service and support as the first point of contact for clients across various branches.
- Evaluate client needs and recommend suitable products and services, such as account opening, lending, and banking transactions.
- Demonstrate digital banking options, ensuring seamless and secure experiences for clients.
- Support multiple branches by being the primary point of contact for clients and prioritizing their needs.
- Identify opportunities to offer NAB's Smarter Banking solutions and promote self-service options.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients and provide guidance on banking services and financial solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field; however, relevant experience is considered equivalent.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and building rapport with diverse clients.
- Familiarity with banking and financial services, including product knowledge and regulatory requirements.
