Roles and Responsibilities

You'll have the opportunity to work in three distinct roles:

  1. HR: Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
  2. Marketing: Assist with internal communications, content creation, and campaign development.
  3. Contact Centre: Support members directly and contribute to a positive member experience.

Requirements

To succeed in this program, you'll need to possess:

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated involvement in extracurricular or volunteer activities.
  • Bachelor's degree (completed within the past 2 years) in a relevant field.
  • Curious, adaptable, and proactive mindset.
