About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Primary Education Tutor to join our team at Kip McGrath Education Centre in Kellyville. As a Primary Tutor, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on our students' lives by providing high-quality education and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging and effective lessons to students in a small group setting
  • Develop and implement individually tailored learning programs to meet the needs of each student
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to students to help them overcome challenges and achieve their goals
  • Collaborate with other tutors and staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment
  • Stay up-to-date with curriculum developments and best practices in education
Requirements
  • A teaching degree or currently in the final year of your degree
  • A genuine love for learning and teaching
  • A valid Working with Children Check
  • Right to Work in Australia
  • Reliability, high attention to detail, and strong organisational skills
  • Ability to work afternoon/evenings
  • A friendly, professional, and personable manner
  • Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • A positive and vibrant personality that inspires and motivates students
  • Confidence in using software and computers
  • Ability and willingness to teach both face-to-face in our Kellyville centre and online, as required by management after completing the training requirements
