Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock levels, ensuring proper storage of products and marketing collateral.
This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Main Responsibilities:
- Stock Management: Maintain accurate stock levels, perform cycle counts, and identify areas for improvement.
- Data Analysis: Use data and reports to support operational duties and reduce shrinkage loss.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the store team, management, supply chain, and planning teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Inventory Control: Manage stock distribution, organization, and inventory decisions.
- Training: Train the team on back-of-house policies and procedures.
- Logistics: Process stock arrivals, manage returns, and liaise with external stakeholders for stock pickup.
Requirements:
- Experience: Retail stock management experience, including cycle counts, product launches, visual merchandising, people management, profit & loss management of stock levels, and sales forecasting.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Candidates: Ideal candidates will have a passion for operational efficiency and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
