  • Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service to internal and external clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Process Ebay sales and queries efficiently, utilizing technical skills and attention to detail.
  • Handle returns and process inwards goods with precision, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
  • Locate parts using RF scanner technology, ensuring seamless inventory management.
  • Contribute to general dispatch and warehouse duties, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve common goals.

Requirements:

  • Display a positive attitude and work ethic, demonstrating a commitment to excellence in all aspects of the job.
  • Be motivated and driven to succeed, constantly seeking opportunities for growth and development.
  • Experience working with computers and automotive parts preferred, but not essential.
  • Proven warehousing experience, including inventory management and customer service.
