Guest Experience Leader

This is a full-time position that requires someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build relationships with members and guests.

The role involves processing memberships and data entry in line with company processes, applying sound cash handling principles, and using Point of Sale (POS) systems. The successful candidate will also set rosters in line with business budgets and the four principles of time and attendance.

Key responsibilities include leading by example to provide exceptional customer-centric guest experiences, meeting monthly new member and program enrolment targets, and maintaining NPS and mystery shop scores. The Guest Experience Coordinator will work closely with the Centre Manager to implement corrective action plans and set new member and growth targets on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.

The successful candidate will possess a National Police Check, Working with Children Check, and Current CPR Certificate. They will also have Current First Aid Certificate (Level 2) and legal working rights in Australia.
