Job Description:

The Mental Health, Alcohol and Other Drugs Directorate seeks a skilled professional to play a vital role in supporting the delivery of services that are strongly consumer and carer focused.

This is a fixed-term full-time position working 76 hours per fortnight. The successful applicant will contribute significantly to the efficient operation of the directorate.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Analyse administrative systems and policies to ensure consistency and currency, identifying opportunities for improvement and reform.
  • Undertake qualitative and quantitative research, collecting, analysing, and interpreting data to inform policy and procedures, maintaining accurate records to support continuous service improvement.
  • Coordinate and manage project-related work, liaising with stakeholders to build positive working relationships and provide innovative options for consideration on matters relating to policy and procedures and administrative systems.
