Job Opportunity:

Senior Home Care Recruitment Manager

This is a senior leadership role that oversees the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding and induction of home care staff.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading teams, developing innovative recruitment strategies, and implementing comprehensive training programs.


Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of recruitment and administrative staff to achieve key performance indicators.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain high-caliber support workers.
  • Oversee the intake and assessment process for veterans, ensuring their specific needs and preferences are met.
  • Manage client acquisition through effective marketing, networking, and relationship building with key stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with all CHSP guidelines and reporting requirements.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of direct experience in the Australian home care sector.
  • Demonstrated experience in a leadership or senior coordination role within a home care environment.
  • Proven experience in all facets of the role, including service delivery and coordination, recruitment, training, and business development.
  • In-depth knowledge and practical experience working with funding models, such as private funding, Home Care Packages, DVA, CHSP, and brokerage arrangements.
  • Strong understanding of industry legislation, including Aged Care Quality Standards.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
