About the Role

In this exciting Business Support Coordinator role, you will be responsible for welcoming visitors and guests, assisting with event coordination, ensuring our conference rooms are maintained to the highest standards, and providing business services and facilities management support to our Hubs and branches.

You will work closely with our internal stakeholders to provide guidance and support in relation to the use and operation of our Sydney office and actively manage our vendor relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to multitask, communicate effectively, and maintain confidentiality.
