Job Overview

This role offers an exciting opportunity to join our retail sales team as a Casual Retail Display Support Specialist. As a key member of our sales support team, you will be responsible for delivering field KPIs and annual objectives through instore activations of our products, promotions, and displays.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Represent Mondelēz International by visiting stores according to the agreed planning cycle.
  • Monitor shelf and assortment to ensure optimal product visibility.
  • Expose campaigns and search for best locations in stores to maximize product exposure.
  • Perform required administrative tasks to support the success of the role.
  • Optimize the use of our point-of-sales material to drive sales growth.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers to become their first choice of supplier.
  • Create exposure in stores to drive sales growth.

What We Are Looking For

We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual who has previously worked in merchandising roles (preferred). A self-motivated individual with good interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently is ideal for this position. Additionally, you should have computer literacy and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

The successful candidate will be able to work autonomously, with minimal supervision, and have the ability to meet deadlines and targets. This is a casual role with no fixed hours, offering flexibility and opportunities for career growth.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year
