Occupational Therapy Leadership Role

This position offers an exceptional opportunity to take on a leadership role in occupational therapy, working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care.

The successful candidate will provide discipline leadership, clinical supervision, and direct client care across various case loads, utilising their advanced clinical practice knowledge and skills to drive evidence-based practice.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the occupational therapy team, promoting excellence in clinical practice and service delivery.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes, streamline workflows, and enhance team productivity.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with other healthcare professionals, stakeholders, and community partners to advance occupational therapy services.
