As a Senior Educator, you will lead your own team to deliver exceptional educational programs for children. You will collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to continuously improve our teaching practices.
About This Opportunity- Goodstart is seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Educator to join its Noosaville centre.
- You will be responsible for leading a team of Educators, delivering high-quality educational programs that cater to the needs of all children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Educators to deliver outstanding educational programs.
- Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to enhance our teaching practices.
- Evaluate and adjust learning experiences to meet the unique needs of every child.
