We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Support Specialist to join our team at C&K Childcare & Kindergarten. As an Inclusion Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in creating inclusive environments where every child can thrive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with our dedicated team of educators to reduce educator-to-child ratios and provide essential support to children with additional needs.
  • Help shape the future of children in our care by fostering a richer learning experience for every child.
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement strategies that promote inclusivity and support the growth of our teams.

Requirements

  • A Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or higher.
  • First Aid, CPR, and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
  • A valid Blue Card and current Police Check (issued within the last three months).
