Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Effectively communicate product knowledge and features to customers, driving sales and commercial outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment.
  • Utilize empathy and active listening skills to manage interpersonal relationships and provide a personalized experience for customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Work a part-time schedule, approximately 28 hours per week, with a roster that includes Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday shifts.
