We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Backend Software Engineer to join our team.

As a Senior Backend Software Engineer, you will work on a wide range of projects, from developing AI-driven insights to integrating with third-party APIs and architecting and building powerful backend data collection and processing systems.

Debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing complex backend issues to ensure high performance and reliability across all environments is also critical.

Maintaining well-documented and clean code adhering to best practices and coding standards is essential.

Actively participating in and leading code reviews, providing constructive feedback, and ensuring code quality is vital.

Participating in agile development processes, including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, fostering a collaborative team environment is necessary.

Mentoring junior engineers, sharing knowledge, and contributing to their professional growth is also required.

Consistently researching and applying new backend development technologies and techniques to enhance our platform is important.

  • Degree holder in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in backend software development, with a strong focus on cloud platforms.
  • Extensive experience (5+ years) with AWS services and infrastructure.
  • Proficiency in multiple backend programming languages.
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to work, with a strong agile mindset.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and exceptional at taking a project from conception to implementation.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
