**About the Company:

We are a leading engineering consultancy with extensive experience in designing and delivering structural projects to large-scale infrastructure, commercial, and mining clients across Perth, Western Australia.

Due to ongoing demand, we have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Lead Post Tensioning Structural Designer to join our team. As a key member of our structural engineering department, you will be responsible for leading the design and delivery of post-tensioning structural engineering projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

**Estimated Salary Range:** AU$120,000 - AU$180,000 per annum, depending on skills and experience.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead the design and delivery of post-tensioning structural engineering projects from conception to completion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met within time, budget, and quality expectations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to promote a culture of collaboration and open communication.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers to support their professional development and growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance project outcomes and contribute to business growth.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience as a lead structural engineer or similar role in post-tensioning projects.
  • Strong technical expertise in structural design, analysis, and detailing, with a focus on post-tensioning systems.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field, with relevant certifications (e.g., PE, FE).
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in post-tensioning structural engineering, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
