Commercial Coordinator Job Description

The primary objective of this role is to process customer orders, ensuring timely delivery and invoicing according to contractual agreements.

This involves placing material reservations, coordinating releases and returns with various teams, monitoring material movements, and resolving disputes. Additionally, the Commercial Coordinator will ensure accurate invoicing, create and file correspondences, adhere to reporting deadlines, and support period closings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery
  • Place material reservations and coordinate releases and returns with Engineering, Warehouse, Sales, and clients
  • Monitor material movements and resolve disputes
  • Ensure accurate invoicing and resolve disputes/credit requests
  • Create and file correspondences and reports
  • Adhere to reporting deadlines and support period closings
  • Support other Commercial team members as required
