We are seeking Personal Carers to join our team of dedicated care workers.
As a Personal Carer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the daily lives of our residents by providing respectful care that fosters choice and opportunities.
Main Responsibilities:- Support residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as mobility, continence management, showering, dressing, personal grooming, and meal assistance.
- Assist in the daily preparation, service, and delivery of meals to residents.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date care notes in alignment with each resident's care plan.
- Ensure the comfort and dignity of each resident at all times.
- Identify potential health and environmental hazards and take corrective actions to maintain a safe environment.
- Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support.
- Previous experience and passion for working in the Aged Care sector.
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and 2024 Seasonal Influenza vaccination.
- NDIS Clearance or willingness to obtain one.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Appreciation for diverse cultures and lifestyles, and a respectful approach to care.
