Job Requirements
We are seeking expressions of interest from highly experienced Licenced Aircraft Maintenance Engineers (Avionics) to join our team. The ideal candidate is proactive, flexible, and experienced, with a drive to succeed.
- Dismantling, inspecting, testing, repairing and reassembling aircraft engines, ancillary components, accessories, and electrical systems;
- Conducting routine pre–flight checks and inspections of engines and equipment;
- Maintaining thorough records of actions taken;
- Assembling components, parts and subassemblies of aircraft engines and equipment;
- Testing, maintaining, replacing, and upgrading aircraft safety equipment.
The following qualifications are required:
- LAME's must be unrestricted and hold both A320/321 V2500 and NEO LEAP 1-A CASA licence;
- Hold a Cert IV in Aeroskills (Avionics);
- A-Check experience is highly desirable;
- Familiarity with aviation regulatory requirements and standards, particularly regarding airworthiness and maintenance control;
- Experience working within a Safety Management System;
- Proven ability to communicate and work effectively with all levels within a team;
- Practical and resourceful, with demonstrated organisational and problem-solving skills;
- Resourceful, with a can-do attitude.
Shifts will be primarily a Mon-Thursday, 4 on 3 off night shift roster.
Additional QualificationsCandidates capable of committing to flexible working arrangements are preferred. Please ensure that you are eligible and available to work in Sydney, NSW before applying.
