Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain all assigned guest rooms and public areas to meet Sofitel brand standards.
  • Anticipate and attend to guests' needs, ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of housekeeping services.
  • Manage inventory and equipment to maintain optimal levels.
  • Adhere to company procedures and protocols to maintain high-quality service.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in housekeeping or customer service is highly valued.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask are essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Background in luxury hospitality is desirable.
