Casual Educator for Goodstart Early Learning

We are seeking a Casual Educator to join our team at Goodstart Brighton-Brighton Road, providing high-quality early childhood education and care to children.
Key Responsibilities- Provide a nurturing and engaging environment for children, fostering their physical, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Implement approved learning frameworks and programs that cater to diverse learning needs and abilities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and achieve program goals.
- Degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification.
- Experience working with children aged 0-5 years, preferably in a centre-based setting.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, afternoons, and occasional full days.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with industry best practices.
- A competitive hourly rate of AU$30.66 - AU$35.69 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
