About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Leader to join our team at Metro North Health, in a permanent part-time opportunity.

Job Description

As a Clinical Leader, you will be accountable for the coordination of human and material resources, and supporting nursing staffing within MNMH-TPCH in the after-hours space. You will provide leadership within a legal, professional, and ethical framework, ensuring contemporary consumer-centred care and staff management practices.

  • Provide strategic leadership in the application and evaluation of contemporary human, material, and financial resource management for the multidisciplinary environment.
  • Collaborate with the Nursing Director MNMH-TPCH to promote effective and cost-efficient management of hospital resources and services.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A strong background in advanced practice nursing.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • The ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
