Logistics Technology Expert

At Lineage, we are committed to transforming the food supply chain by providing innovative logistics solutions. As a Logistics Technology Expert, you will play a critical role in driving our mission forward.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IT, preferably in logistics, supply chain or transportation. A tertiary qualification in IT or a related field is also essential. Proven success in stakeholder engagement and project delivery across varied IT domains is necessary.

The successful candidate will be responsible for representing the APAC IT function with stakeholders in Australia. Key areas of responsibility include championing uptime, system reliability, incident management, and service standards. You will lead the local implementation of global initiatives such as WMS conversions and data analytics, collaborate with global infrastructure, onboarding, and corporate applications teams, engage with strategic customers, participate in regular MBRs and QBRs, ensure compliance with SOX and other regulatory requirements, and be a key voice in prioritising IT projects that enable business growth.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong problem-solving, customer service and communication skills. A self-starter mindset with the ability to operate in ambiguity and drive outcomes independently is also required.
