We are seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapist Consultant to join our multidisciplinary team of allied health professionals.
The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking assessments and developing effective rehabilitation plans to support individuals in achieving their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop individualised rehabilitation plans.
- Design and implement intervention programmes using occupation to improve functional performance, independence and work capacity.
- Liaise with clients, family members, funding bodies, medical practitioners, employers and stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.
Requirements:
- Qualifications and relevant professional registration in Physiotherapy (AHPRA).
- Ability to engage clients and stakeholders in the wellness and work journey.
- Commitment to a high level of customer service to clients and customers.
- Willingness to work in the community and travel as required.
