Resident Community Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Resident Community Manager to join our team at UniLodge. As a key member of our property management operation, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional residential experience for our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to foster a strong sense of community among residents
- Host regular events and maintain a digital community platform to engage residents
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the property, including resident-related inquiries and property management
- Ensure accurate accounting of resident-related accounts and perform administrative duties
- Collaborate with the leasing team to communicate notices and perform other tasks as required
- 3-5 years' experience in residential leasing
- Current full NSW Real Estate License or Agents Representative
- Bilingual - Mandarin speaking preferred
- Available to work a Monday to Saturday roster
- National Police Check (completed within last 3 months)
- Unrestricted work rights in Australia
