Overview of Your New Role

In this exciting opportunity, you will join a progressive multi-national business as a key member of the finance team. As a Financial Reporting and Analysis Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing several key financial functions, including statutory reporting process improvement, cost center accounting, and intercompany transactions.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement process improvements for the statutory reporting process to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  2. Manage Group cost center accounting, ensuring timely completion of month-end activities and balance sheet reconciliations.
  3. Collaborate with Corporate Manager and department heads (IT, HR, Finance) to analyze results, quotas, and forecasts and inform strategic decisions.
  4. Ensure compliance with accounting policies and standards while managing stakeholder expectations.
  5. Coordinate intercompany transactions and assist in preparing quarterly and annual accounting reporting schedules.
  6. Support statutory financial reporting for all subsidiaries, guaranteeing accurate and timely submissions.
  7. Work closely with country finance managers to provide auditors with necessary information for the annual audit timetable.

Your Qualifications and Skills

  • CA/CPA qualification or part-qualified with a desire to complete.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders and ensure clear expectations.
  • A commercially minded approach, demonstrating initiative and drive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
