As an Assistant Director at our centre, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of early learning.

We seek a seasoned professional who can leverage their leadership skills to inspire and motivate our centre team. In this capacity, you will:

  • Collaborate with the Centre Director to lead the team in delivering high-quality early learning and care
  • Mentor and build capabilities within the centre team, fostering a culture of excellence
  • Assume overall management responsibilities for the centre in the absence of the Centre Director

You will have opportunities to:

  • Implement best practices from the Goodstart Practice Guide
  • Cultivate strong partnerships with families and the community
