Key Role: Front End Loader DriverThe waste management supply chain is reliant on the Front End Loader Driver to ensure compliant loading of waste bin containers for transportation and operation of company-owned vehicles. This role prioritizes safety, customer courtesy and efficiency.Responsibilities
  • Loading and transporting waste bins efficiently and safely
  • Maintaining company-owned transportation vehicles in accordance with operational standards
  • Conducting daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to identify potential issues
  • Performing minor maintenance tasks on vehicles as required
  • Complying with driving hour restrictions and fatigue management requirements
  • Reporting incidents and preparing accident reports as necessary
Requirements
  • Holding a current QLD HR licence
  • A minimum of 12 months truck driving experience; operating a front lift HR truck is an advantage
  • Fully working rights
  • A clean and recent driving record
  • Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed
  • Superior customer service and communication skills
  • Reliability, flexibility and a positive attitude
