About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Distribution Centre Operations Manager to join our team at Super Retail Group.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the labour plan and forecasting, linking brand supply planning to achievable product flow based on shift planning and labour resourcing availability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and delivering labour plans for DC Operations delivery
  • Supporting DC labour reliability and owning the DC labour planning for contingent workforce
  • Reviewing brand supply plans and managing changes to plans and forecasts
  • Supporting commercial forecasts
  • Supporting capacity management
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Proven experience in a similar capacity
  • Extensive Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot tables, financial and operational modelling
  • Experience in financial reporting & forecasting
  • KPI Management for multi-dimensional operational planning, including labour planning and financial targets, and tracking and reporting performance to targets
  • Data Analysis skills and the ability to take inputs from multiple sources and construct a detailed plan
  • Understanding of multi-product, multi-customer product movements

Your ability to work with broad stakeholder groups as well as manage operational decisions with complex priorities will be key to this role.
