About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Store Supervisor to join our team at Hanes Australasia.

This is a part-time position at 28 hours/week, providing an excellent opportunity for career growth and development within our retail management team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience: Lead by example, creating memorable and empowering customer connections that drive sales and customer loyalty.
  • Team Leadership: Assist in the training and development of your team to help deliver on store budgets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Inventory Management: Manage high stock volumes, processing deliveries and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
  • Communication and Delegation: Demonstrate strong communication skills, delegating tasks effectively to ensure seamless store operations.
  • Self-Motivation and Multi-Tasking: Work independently during quieter periods, prioritizing tasks and maintaining a high level of productivity.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the Store Manager on operational and ad-hoc tasks as required.
