Job Description:

As a Production Assistant in a precast concrete manufacturing environment, you will play a vital role in the production of high-quality concrete products. This is a hands-on position that requires physical ability, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the production of concrete products by performing a variety of tasks, including lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods.
  • Work collaboratively with the production team to ensure efficient and safe production processes.
  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning tasks to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Participate in quality control checks to ensure products meet company standards.
  • Assist in the implementation of new processes and procedures to improve productivity and efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in construction, manufacturing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods.
  • Strong work ethic and reliability.
  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
