About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Allocator/Scheduler to join our team at Boral North America. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing allocations, scheduling, and daily administration for our QLD concrete placing and construction projects.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule and allocate resources in accordance with project requests and requirements
  • Liaise with project teams to ensure daily work resourcing and requirements are met
  • Liaise with the workforce to ensure understanding of daily work requirements
  • Capture, record, and cost allocate all labour, internal plant, equipment, materials, and other purchases
  • Complete compliance documentation

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in scheduling, allocations, or logistics
  • Administration experience in a building or construction environment
  • Familiarity with Jobpac system or other scheduling platform experience
  • Strong coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build strong and meaningful relationships remotely through active communication and interpersonal skills
