Job Summary:

This role involves directly executing manufacturing activities to meet production goals and deliver high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Follow approved manufacturing instructions to produce In Vitro Diagnostic (IVD) products
  • Operate equipment to dispense and package finished goods
  • Perform formulation and filtration tasks involving solutions and gels
  • Record material movement using SAP R3 accurately
  • Carry out quality control checks and collect QC samples during production
  • Maintain a clean production environment in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Follow Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) policies and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) at all times
  • Collaborate with Production Supervisors and Engineers on process improvement initiatives
  • Support document maintenance and provide reliable data
  • Contribute to safety initiatives by reporting hazards and participating in drills

As a Production Operator, you will work with purpose-built equipment and follow GMP principles to contribute to producing high-quality IVD products like Reagent Red Cells, Solutions, and Gel Cards.

  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Willingness to learn and adapt
  • Awareness of hygiene and safety practices
