The annual salary for this position is approximately $62,000.

About the Role

This position involves overseeing the general first-line operations of a particular dining function or location work shift. You will be responsible for making operational decisions within established guidelines set by senior management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring that established guidelines and procedures are followed by subordinates;
  • Taking responsibility for work performed by assigned staff;
  • Directly participating in the production of a superior guest experience;
  • Conducting business with high ethical standards.

You will also be responsible for ensuring that all personnel follow established protocols and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of food service operations and management principles;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • High level of integrity and discretion when handling business and personnel information.

ServeSafe CFPM Certification is required for this position.
