Nurse Practitioner

The key responsibilities include:

- Learning Culture: Foster a culture of lifelong learning, actively engaging with clients and families to identify and address their unique needs.
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- Active APHRA registration
- A current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- Postgraduate qualifications in Child and Family Health Nursing (Highly Desirable)
- Significant experience in community-based care, child health nursing, and family-based care
- Ability to travel within Tasmania using your own vehicle (Highly Desirable)
