About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive environment where you can make a real difference in the lives of our residents. As an Enrolled Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing personal care and support to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as showering, dressing, toileting, and grooming.
- Administering medications as prescribed by physicians and maintaining accurate medication records.
- Conducting health assessments and reporting any changes in residents' health to the supervising RN or healthcare team.
- Providing basic wound care and dressing changes for residents with minor wounds.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current AHPRA registration.
- Knowledge of Aged Care accreditation standards.
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
