About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Disability Support Worker to join our team at Prestige Inhome Care. As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and support to clients with disabilities, including assistance with daily living activities, personal care, and household tasks.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless care delivery and excellent client outcomes.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in disability support.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment that values diversity, equity, and respect.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in aged care, disability, and home & community care.
  • Qualifications in Aged Care/Disability/Individual Support/Nursing.
  • A valid driver's license and dependable vehicle.
  • Current First Aid & CPR certifications.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check or the eagerness to obtain one.
  • The ability to adapt to diverse shifts and locations.
