
Senior Business Improvement Specialist

This role entails analyzing systems, gathering data, and developing business requirements to drive projects forward. The ideal candidate will translate customer needs into product innovation.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business processes, identifying areas for improvement.
- Design, develop, and implement solutions to existing business challenges.
- Maintain clear and efficient sets of business rules.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
- Perform requirements analysis, ensuring solutions meet business needs.
- Document and communicate business requirements to project teams and senior management.
- Work with project stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather business requirements for new projects.
- Manage multiple projects, develop project plans, and monitor performance to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Conduct user acceptance testing.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, engineering, or operations research.
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in analysis or process work.
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
- Demonstrated experience documenting and improving business processes to meet specific KPIs.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to lead meetings and give presentations.
- Must be willing to work onsite, in-office, Tuesday and Thursday each week.
