Digital Learning Innovator

We are seeking a Digital Learning Innovator to lead our training initiatives for a 3-month contract based in Melbourne CBD.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for conducting training needs assessments, designing and delivering high-quality learning products, and supporting project teams in all aspects of training delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive training needs assessments to identify skills and knowledge gaps
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of a suite of training resources that meet business objectives
- Support the Transformation Program and project teams in all aspects of training delivery, including coordination and facilitation
- Provide insights from training delivery and assessments to relevant project teams, informing data-driven decisions
- Monitor, evaluate, and analyze the effectiveness of training initiatives, identifying areas for improvement
- Degree in Learning and Development, Education, Training, or related field
- Demonstrated expertise in training and assessment processes, with a focus on adult learning principles
- Prior experience working in government or education sectors is highly desirable
