Our hospital is seeking a skilled and dedicated Enrolled Nurse to join our caring team in the residential care facility. The successful applicant will provide high-quality nursing care to patients, supervise specialist care delivered by other staff, coordinate specialized aspects of care provided to patients on a daily basis, counsel patients, provide health education, and act as an advocate for patients and their families.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care. They will also have the ability to maintain accurate records, follow established procedures, and adapt to changing circumstances.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to patients and supervise specialist care delivered by other staff.
  • Coordinate specialized aspects of care provided to patients on a daily basis.
  • Counsel patients, provide health education, and act as an advocate for patients and their families.
